PURCHASING ORIGINALS
PURCHASING ORIGINALS DIRECT FROM THE STUDIO:

PAYMENT: All transactions through the internet are done through PayPal only. NO exceptions.
Note: your PayPal address must match your mailing address (where you want the art shipped). All financial transactions must be in the United States.
SHIPPING: All of my art is mailed insured, with a tracking number and signature required. NO exceptions. All shipping must be in the United States.
RETURN POLICY FOR ORIGINAL ART: I want my customers to be happy with their art purchases. I've tried my best to accurately describe and photograph my art but sometimes there are slight variations. Computer screens can have some variation of color as well. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you need to notify me with an e-mail. I will accept returns within two weeks of purchase. The two weeks will begin upon the date you receive your art. Upon receipt of returned artwork, I will refund you for the cost of the artwork only. I will not refund the deposit or shipping charges (the cost of shipping the art to you or your cost of shipping the art back to me). All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. All returned artwork must be packed by UPS , insured and mailed with a tracking number & signature required. There will be no refunds for damaged artwork or artwork received after two weeks. The return policy does not apply to artwork you buy from a retailer or where it is displayed publicly for sale. Those sales are final.
My return policy does not apply to prints you buy directly from me, those sales are final. For prints and products ordered through Fine Art America or other print sites, please refer to their return policy.
I am only selling and shipping original art in the United States at this time but I hope to expand to other countries in the future.
COMMISSIONS & PORTRAITS: A 20% non-refundable deposit via PayPal will be required before starting any commission. Upon completion of the piece, I will invoice you through PayPal for the amount due for the piece of art. If you do not pay in 30 days, I will assume you do not want the piece and I will own and retain all rights to the original piece and any reproductions, even if it is a portrait of your pet. Which means after 30 days of non-payment, I have the right to sell it on the open market or use it any type of advertising or sales promoting my art. A full payment of the piece will be required upon its completion and before I ship it. A one month non-response to the final payment PayPal invoice I send to you for the final full payment will be consider a rejection of the piece. It will be released at that time to the open market.
